Army sitting outside of Nowhere

The army bigposerhead26827 is supposedly stiing outside of the homebase of CHACHA, but chacha does not have a homebase on the map. Here is the error if you click on CHACHA's user name:

Error: User has not joined GEHwar yet.

Not really an important problem, I just found it funny. Pretty old error for it to say GEHwar.

I think it's from the last time Luke deleted everyone's homebases. We saw some funky stuff when that happened, like people's armies leaving from where the bases used to be. That was fun.

Neither of them have a home base. It's next to Vancouver if you want to check it out.

The real mystery to me is checov's base. It's in the list and you can see it but you can't click on it, at least I can't. It's on an island next to Pevek, Russia.
