would it be possible, feasible, or even desired by others to be able to see who within your alliance is on-line at any given time? personally i would like to be able to sign on and see if any of my alliance is on-line at the same time.
or has this been discussed already and i missed it?

as long as your members are not on invisible mode, you can check their status by going into the support forum. right now that's the best way.. also, you can get everyone on a common instant messenger program. we use icq at LoW. :p

Red Ivan is right... The only way to see is who is currently in the forums... Otherwise IM is the best alternative... I don't think the code boys will be to happy especially cause they have to write a script every time someone joins an alliance... ;)

it's not that difficult to make online status next to the name on the alliance page, actually, I thought about it also... But I got a feeling that the programmers are too busy with something else, than to make little UI enhancements... so I don't bother with feature suggestions anymore...
maybe I should tell all my clients to look for another web developer and sit down and write a similar game myself, I would definetely enjoy that more... who's gonna sponsor me for a month? :)
