I just like to say that it should be good manner and courtesy for all that if a player send an army over to an enemy held city that you can give them the city if he/she wasn't killed. You can be backup help outside in case the enemy come back...:|
Drawing from experience:
I send an army to Chongjing, N. Korea for laoma. No one was on their way. After I came back which is about 4 hrs later laoma got killed outside the city attacking my army but the city got occupied by D_Day and I was careless and assumed the city empty and accidently killed D_Day's. And now I'm under "heavy" fire from him/her. I am under the impression that AM and Warhammer were "friendly" alliance so I would think the least I can get is what I went there for, having been successful (getting rid of another piece of laoma in this case :cheesy)
:offtopic2 This is not about politic, just some fair guideline I think should be followed. Personally I always check if anyone else is on their way to a city held by the enemy/unoccupied BEFORE I send out army there.
