decreased troop strength without anybody attacking,,,?

hey everybody , I have here 2 instances of troops strength decreasing with out any body attackinggg and with enough geos to go around,,,,,,,,,whats happening,,,,,?????????????

Are you sure you left enough geos in your available account?

Are you out of money in your available funds? That will cause them to "starve" and decrease in numbers.

Did you have troops, increase their experience to the max and then add troops hoping it would keep the same experience factor? This affects troop experience.

If it's just troop count then that's probably starvation (see posts above).
