I got an idea. How about adding bank loans and loan sharks.

Bank Loan:

1. You have to own at least 2 cities.
2. Depending on the amount on geos you get daily from you oil, cotten and dimonds determines the loan amount from the bank.
3. Interest is caculated over the period of days you loan the geos. Cannot loan for longer than 30 days. Basically the same as Bonds. But the other way around if you know what i mean.
4. You pay back X amount every day. If u can't pay then u start to loose troops and geos.

Loan Shark:

This could either be a really rich person in the game taking risks by lending money and charging huge amounts of interest or an Actually loan shark in GEwar.

1. Lends the money whatever the amount (based on the cities value or something that you own).
2. Interest is double the amount of the bank or just 1.5x the amount of the banks interest.
3. You pay back at the end of your loan period the full amount.
4. If you don't pay back the loan sharks sends his "associates" to come visit your troops and geos.

If you want a loan you're going to have to find another player willing to take the risk and work out some kind of interest deal with them.
