I just want to know what happens to the nuke silo if a city changes its owner.
And what if I have a nuke loaded into the silo and lose the city. Will the new owner get the nuke? Or will it just get lost?

The nuke will stay in the silo if the city is lost KD ...

Nope, only the armies inside the city will be killed but remember if the city's got a shield then you will have to use 2-3 nukes to kill all armies...

Armies outside the city will remain there!
