I can see only my hometown in the google earth. I checked all the boxes but there are red points on the file icon.

I cannot see my city which I captured 3 hours ago.
I cannot see my army on the map.
I cannot see nothing about the game other than my homecity icon.

Why is that?

oner, have you downloaded your GEWar KML file to be able to see all those things ?

You can then do resources, see all the cities in the game, traveling armies etc

yes I just started the game today.
I suppose i am in the newbee land.

ok then you probably still haven't downloaded your KML file, if you are viewing your home page, with that displays your cities etc,

Go to HOME > YOUR ACCOUNT > then click on GEWar KML File and it will automatically start to download it for you

I got that file and opened it in the google earth. I can see the resourses. I went to the australia to have some fish.

But all is that.

I conquered 2 cities but i cant see that cities at all. I only see the home base point. No armies at all.

What is the red dot on the file icon (GEWar Cities,GEWar Armies...)

I mean i have green on diamond, cotton, etc... but red on Cities, Armies...

It depends what your city colour is in the game, if the cities come up red then the person holding the cities chose to be red...

the menu icons should be green. try right clicking it and hit refresh. you could have just timed out during a database error that occured earlier.

I am refreshing it but it comes always red dots.

I think its about the server of our company.

I will try it at home and tell you the results.

do you know what version of GE you are using? Google Earth 5.1 has been known to cause problems with the kml files.

Try downloading GE 5.0. Thomas has instructions on how to do this HERE (http://www.gewar.net/forum/showthread.php?t=11244)

The red should be green! Try right clicking on them and hitting refresh?
