That's not a bug. Your army is already trained a bit and for a reason the "medium" training level will be completed first and there is only a bit needed to reach it.

I think he is talking about the fact that Medium training is showing as being less expensive and gives less experience than Easy training. But in actuality, when you choose Medium like the screen shot shows with less geos, it will cost more than what it says.

this is a known bug. currently, the best way to get the page to refresh after training your army is to click the rename army button as seen below (you do not need to actually rename your army - you can just click the button while leaving your army name as is):

The page not refreshing is part of a bigger problem that I am not qualified to get into. It is on our list of things to-do.

you can always use a WTO city to train them up
