Sorry, but you cannot currently collect jewels, as you seem to have enough other resources

I have sold most of my resources. Why am I getting this error? What is the solution?

If you own 2500 geos (or over), a total of 10,000,000 city value, or over 30,000 troops, you cannot jewelhunt anymore. Only Donators are an exception to this rule.
