Recently the game raised the value of resources. A great move. Since all but 100 cities are controlled by 3 alliances, more income is needed for the other players.
But in raising the resource values was the fact that resource cities are now far more profitable considered? I wonder if it got lost in all the doings.
With more resources being planted than ever before the big three alliances are bringing in so much cash from the resource cities that it is imposable to take them away from them. For example, Atlanta, what with the smaller cotton area should be the smallest resource city by far is bringing in 3500 a day. Since Nukes just kill the armies and they loose no income there is no way to stop them from the income. Oil was at 5k last i owned it, and now is prob closer to 8k a day.
So could some thought be given to lowering the resource cities take? Even if the resource values are raised again like it would be awesome to do, currently the income from the resource cities is far to high.
Though the raising of resource values was a great move to bring balance back, it unfortunately seems to have caused the balance to swing because of the resource cities.
