If you own 2500 geos (or over), a total of 10,000,000 city value, or over 30,000 troops, you cannot jewelhunt anymore. Only Donators are an exception to this rule.

My error message is "Security code not valid"! Any help here?

you have to type the code in the window to get ur jewel

The first jewel you collect will always give you that error message, you just have to click on the jewel again and type in the security code... It should work after that :)
