Anyone see worth in the creation of KML's for Alliances?
ie one for all alliance armies, and one for all alliance controlled cities, (or even one containing both).

I think it would be better to designate your alliance armies and cities in a distinct way (icon, color, something) in the main KMLs. But this would require user specific parsing of the KMLs, which I don't think is happening now. But I like the idea.
I'd also like to see XML feeds for your alliance (armies, troops, geos, cities, etc.) so that you can monitor individual and alliance performance and trends.

what would be the point of a alliance city kml. you ca tell which cities they own from their page and just find that in the list in your own city kml.

When your alliance owns dozens of cities it would certainly make it easier to just monitor GE and watch for threats etc. in the vicinity and get a bird-eye perspective of what's yours and what's somebody else's. It's not a big deal really, but would sure save a lot of clicking/zooming/reading.
