Pleace changed the price for a nuke shield. Take 5% of the city value plus 5% of the troop value if you want it. I find it wrong that the shield is for ever!

Makes sense. A larger city will take a bigger shield to defend. Perhaps do the same thing for nukes. You can purchase ones with more or less damaging power (i.e., more money for a bomb that will destroy more troops), but make the minimum weapon no less expensive than they are now.

And each should cost a fair amount to upkeep.

Yeah, I agree...this has been talked about several several times.

Nuke shields should go innactive after awhile (make it variable)

Also, 250 geos..lol....way too cheap...look around...even 1 mil cities have shields....you should never do that....a shield should cost at least 1k
