Legend:

Easy = +0.20 experience factor

Medium = +0.35 experience factor

Hard = +0.04 experience factor

I think we had this before, but shouldnt hard training be harder than easy training??

Hard training is harder then easy training, it just looks like it isn't... ?

Same with the costs, is often way less with hard training (unless the comma is a digit out)

I think the comma is a digit out, as it only appears to be cheaper but isn't

But isn't the first time Hard for 55%, Medium for 35% and Easy for 20%?
The second time the % is recalculated so it fills Easy and Medium first and the remainder may go to Hard, so it appears to be lower quite often.
To make sense it should be done backwards, hard then medium and the remainder on easy.
Third time the remainder is likely small so it only shows Easy.

Some of us have suggested to get rid of it and just put quarter, half and full options.

I concur with this.

I tested a bit with an untrained 100 troops army:

The hard training is the most expensive one and adds the most experience.

After buying some equipment for this army I see the following:

So by adding experience the hardest training needs to be 'less hard' and is therefore cheaper as well.

Not sure, but maybe working as designed?

if you compare the cost with the experience factor gained, it is in fact working correctly

I would like to see an option to fully train an army to 2.0 experience points in one click, it's annoying having to do it several times.

However, I appreciate there are bigger priorities at this time, just saying though.
