I´d like to see Stuttgart, Germany, home of DaimlerChrysler and Porsche.
Population 590,000 (metropolitan area 3 million).

I have a plan to move Cologne to Duesseldorf location (a bit north) and rename to Rhein-Ruhr with an agglomeration population of 12.8Million.

Stuttgart is a little close to Munich. Maybe Mannheim with 2.4Million is better (once Cologne is moved).

I think Frankfurt would be better than Mannheim. It´s bigger and more important.

The distances between

Stuttgart and Munich,
Stuttgart and Frankfurt,
Frankfurt and Cologne (or Rhein-Ruhr)

are more than 100 miles (measure-tool).

Let´s take Frankfurt and Stuttgart.

Sorry too many cities in a small area, Mannhein may be the only one that will fit.

Minimum distance is more like 150miles, otherwise the city polygons overlap and a trip between the cities is less than the update script which causes wierd bugs etc. It's much easier to not break these laws....

Is it possible, to take Rhein-Main-Neckar instead of Mannheim. This would contain the following cities:

Frankfurt
Mannheim
Heidelberg
Offenbach
Wiesbaden
Mainz
Darmstadt
Ludwigshafen

The population of this area would be around 6-7 million.

Coordinates of Mannheim or another city between Mannheim and Frankfurt.

in germany only three cities with over 1 million population. they are berlin, hamburg and münchen.maybe köln has a population 1 million.but why mannheim can be with 2.4million value?

it's easy to imagine, when ''Rhein-Ruhr with an agglomeration population of 12.8Million'' is founded. europa has no peace again. so excited!!

You are correct.

Wiki states Mannheim is the largest city of the Rhine Neckar Area, a metropolitan area with 2.4 million inhabitants. I misread that sentence.

Bring on the war!

i have a question
when a new city is founded, how about the current owner of cologne?
or that means he/she can occupy the new city?

I edit the city, rename the city and change the coordinates.

So if you click on the city details page, you will see old history of Cologne for a while until it goes past 10 new news events, then it would all be Rhein-Ruhr.

Current owner of Cologne still controls the city.
