I just converted 50 jewels and the resources i got during the time i was doing so and got nothing for it...

what can i do or how can i get my geos?

are you sure you got no geos or other way round, are you sure you really converted them? It works great for me, I just converted resources & jewels only a few mins ago.
Well everytime when I experience weird problems, I first refresh, if it doesn't help then then delete all temp files, if it doesn't help I try another browser and if even this fails then restart my computer. And just in case this fails as well you could try another computer/another OS. :D

i've done everything i can think of for the past 15 minutes...this is really frustrating. i hate jeweling in the first place and i get nothing for the time i spend... ;ranting

Not the first person who is saying that they aren't getting their geos when jeweling... something for police to look into

Not for the police I'm afraid! This is systems related and needs to monkeys to put their bananas down and have a look at the cogs and wires :confused:

you still have to check whether or not they did jewel and whether or not they received the geos though

hopefully this can be resolved quickly so i can spend my precious geos ;)

what system do you mean? the server or the computer the player is using? ;lame

not the pc of the player, it's something with the server so the code monkeys have to look into it

weird. You mean it's like the script deducts the resources and when it tries to add the geos the server fails sometimes? :growse

it happend also yesterday.In one hour there where no resources issued.

agreed. it stripped me of my pride ;lame

but are you sure the jewels or resources got deducted?
i do click on 'convert' instead of 'convert all' quite often.
