This is wierd... I don't recall abandoning Kandahar or Sendai, but I'm not in posession of them anymore (and I got them a while ago so I know it's not because of the crash). There's no history of any attacks on them, it's like I never existed there.

I got the same thing. I lost Mahajanga, Madagascar and all troops(~2000) in there. There was no record of ever losing the city. In the record, it said it was occupied on the 13th for the first time. The last thing that happened was on the 17th, when it was taken over.

It has been discussed before...all messages were from a backup from more then a week ago.

Taipei wasn't unoccupied, I attacked someone before the crash for it, so the answer is no. I wasn't able to gain any cities from the crash at all for that matter.
